We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. On-site (DHA Phase 1, Islamabad).

Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

1. Write and submit proposals on Upwork.

2. Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

3. Communicate with clients professionally via chat and calls.

4. Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role

2, Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required)

3. Ability to identify client needs and pitch suitable solutions

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
