📍 Location: Shara-e-Faisal, Karachi
🕒 Timing: 7 PM – 4 AM
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork, excellent proposal writing skills, and strong communication to engage with international clients effectively.
🛠 Responsibilities:
1. Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
2. Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals to secure projects.
3. Communicate with clients to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping and delivery.
5. Maintain and update records of bids, leads, and conversions.
6. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly bidding targets.
✅ Requirements:
1. 3–5 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
2. Strong knowledge of IT services, web development, and design projects.
3. Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
4. Ability to analyze client requirements and align them with company offerings.
5. Track record of successfully closing international projects.
