IOMechs is hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder (𝐎𝐧-𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞) with a strong focus on the 𝑾𝒆𝒃𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒐𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒆 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 niche.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Write tailored, high-converting proposals aligned with client needs
• Hunt down and bid on high-potential 𝑾𝒆𝒃𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒆 & 𝑴𝒐𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒆 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 projects
• Maintain active communication with potential clients and follow up consistently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are well-defined in proposals
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine bidding strategies
• Maintain and optimize the company’s Upwork profile for visibility and credibility

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Target: $5𝐊 - $10𝐊
• Proven experience of 2-4 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 as an Upwork bidder and freelancer in the Website and Mobile Application Development.
• Experience with Upwork platform management and optimization
• Proficiency in creating and submitting proposals on Upwork
• Experience in client handling, negotiation, and closing deals
