Inclivo is hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder (2 to 3 years experience) who knows how to craft winning proposals and drive new opportunities. 🧑🏻💻
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
Strong understanding of Upwork platform, bidding strategies, and proposal optimization
Excellent written communication and proposal writing skills
Ability to identify high quality leads and avoid irrelevant bids
Experience in client handling and initial requirement gathering
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good to Have:
Experience in a digital marketing or IT services agency
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, web, performance marketing, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools
Familiarity of othe lead generation platforms i.e. LinkedIn and Email Marketing
