UI/UX Designer – Full-Time (On-Site)

About the Role:

Duseca Software is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing user-friendly interfaces and creating seamless digital experiences for both web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with our development and product teams to turn ideas into intuitive, functional, and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure cohesive design implementation.

Create intuitive and visually appealing UI components aligned with user-centered design principles.

Continuously refine designs based on feedback and usability findings.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Experience: 2–3 years in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
