Sybrid Private Limited is hiring Trainer - BPO for our Islamabad office!
Location: Islamabad
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Hours: 9 hours a day
Working Days: 6 days a week
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center (training experience preferred)
Job Specifications and Duties:
• Conduct training sessions for new hires on product knowledge and customer handling.
• Develop training materials, modules, and assessments to enhance performance.
• Monitor trainee performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and coaching to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team leaders and management to identify training needs.
• Maintain training records and progress reports.
• Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and industry practices.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and motivational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced BPO environment.
