Sales Executive

HeroFun Bio-Tech is seeking Sales Executives to lead Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) sales initiatives.

📍 Onsite | Full Time | Islamabad-3 | Lahore-2 | Karachi-2

🚀Key Responsibilities

💠 B2B Sales, B2G Sales & Business Development

· Drive sales of POS machines, biometric and consumer tablets to telco/retail banking clients

· Leverage existing telco/retail bank customer relationships to grow sales

· Identify new commercial accounts and market opportunities

· Build strong relationships with government departments and key stakeholders

· Identify and pursue government projects, tenders, and contracts

· Create and develop new government project opportunities

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans for public sector growth

💠 Tendering & Proposal Management

· Manage end-to-end tendering process (EOI, RFPs, RFQs)

· Prepare technical and financial proposals 

· Ensure compliance with PPRA rules and government procurement policies

💠 Client Relationship Management

· Maintain long-term relationships with both commercial and government clients

· Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings with decision-makers

· Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

💠 Revenue & Target Achievement

· Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

· Forecast sales pipeline and provide accurate reporting

· Identify new market opportunities across both public and private sectors

💠 Cross-Functional Coordination

· Work closely with technical, operations, and finance teams

· Ensure smooth project handover, execution and align sales strategies with company objectives

🎓 Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, from a reputed university

· Background: Sales department experience from IT/Tech/ Telecommunication company

· Experience: 

Minimum 5+ years of sales experience including at least 3 years in proven B2G sales, with a track record in government projects.

· Age: 30+ years 

🎯 Required Skills

· Strong understanding of government procurement processes (PPRA)

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

· Strategic thinking with project management expertise

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

⭐  Preferred Experience

· Demonstrated experience in biometric systems, access control solutions, or broader IT-based technologies

· Prior background in IT or service within defence sector prefered

· Proven track record managing relationships with government institutions, including defence and other public sectors

· Exposure to cyber security, public safety, digital governance frameworks, and smart technology solutions

· Experience in taxation systems, defence/military software, immigration, healthcare/hospital IT solutions

💸 Compensation

Salary+ Commission (market competitive, depending on experience and portfolio)
