Ibex BPO is looking for an experienced and motivated Training Executive to join our team in Lahore. If you’re passionate about training, development, and ensuring top-notch customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in a training-related role within the BPO industry
✅ Strong understanding of customer service (both phone & chat support)
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ Experience in client management and handling large groups of new hires
✅ Good exposure to training & development practices
✅ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
✅ Strong analytical skills
