✨ What You’ll Do
Act as a Culture Ambassador, leading employee engagement & wellness programs.
Execute impactful internal & external training programs aligned with business needs.
Champion Haier values, reinforcing a culture of growth & collaboration.
Enhance cross-department communication and identify values champions.
Create inspiring success stories and collaborate on media content for company platforms.
🎓 Education: BBA / MBA in HR
💼 Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant field (home appliances & electronics preferred)
