Mosafir is hiring Tour Specialist
Location: Islamabad
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Create customized tour itineraries and documentation for domestic and international clients.
- Manage end-to-end execution of domestic and international tours.
- Identify new destinations, experiences, and market trends to expand and enhance the tour portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales team) and external vendors/partners.
- Upload tours and manage inventory, pricing, and availability across systems.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, suppliers, pricing, and customer data in relevant systems.
- Ensure revenue achievement through team performance against assigned targets.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic and international tourism.
- Ability to work independently, within large teams, or lead a team efficiently.
- Knowledge of Umrah, group tours, and MTS tours.
- Strong costing, quotation, and itinerary-building skills.
- Proven ability to execute customized tours at competitive rates.
- Proficiency in tour management systems, CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to liaise and negotiate with vendors locally and internationally.
