Eplanet Global is looking for a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead and optimize our presence on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will manage product listings, drive sales, and enhance our brand’s visibility on the platform.

📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Karachi, Bahadurabad

 🕑 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: 2 PM – 11 PM (Onsite)

🔹𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

👉Manage and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop to maximize visibility and sales.

👉Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost revenue.

👉Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.

👉Collaborate with influencers, creators, and marketing teams for brand engagement.

👉Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and TikTok Shop Ads.

👉Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and guidelines.

👉Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback for better user experience.

👉Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams for timely order processing.

👉Stay updated on the latest TikTok Shop trends, tools, and features.

🔹𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

👉Proven experience as a TikTok Shop Account Manager, E-commerce Manager, or in a similar role.

👉Strong understanding of TikTok Shop’s policies, algorithms, and best practices.

👉Experience in digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and social commerce.

👉Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

👉Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

👉Knowledge of order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service (preferred).
