Telemedicine Admin & Patient Support Coordinator

SiteGrowth is hiring a Telemedicine Admin & Patient Support Coordinator to support a fast-growing UK-based digital healthcare platform that provides online medical consultations and prescription services across the UK.

This is a patient-facing operations role where you will act as the first point of contact, manage booking flows, support prescription queries, and play a key role in patient retention and overall service quality.

𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: UK Business Hours

𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼: Operations / Platform Manager (UK)

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: £200/month (Full-Time)

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

 • Handle inbound patient calls, messages, and emails with empathy & professionalism

 • Support onboarding, account setup, bookings and platform navigation

 • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations

 • Proactively follow up with patients to encourage repeat usage

 • Support prescription-related queries (delivery status, next steps, etc.)

 • Liaise with clinical teams where escalation is required

 • Maintain accurate patient notes and operational records

 • Help re-engage patients and reduce churn/drop-off

 • Contribute to a smooth, high-trust patient experience

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

 • Experience in healthcare admin, telemedicine, call center, clinic coordination or similar

 • Excellent spoken & written English (UK-facing customers)

 • Empathetic phone manner with clear communication

 • Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable with digital tools

 • Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally

 • Customer-first mindset focused on long-term relationships
