Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Business preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Teleseller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our dairy and food products, and generating sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone to introduce and promote Chawla Food products.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain a record of customer interactions, feedback, and sales in the system.

Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order confirmations and follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.

Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team performance.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Ability to handle multiple calls and meet deadlines.
