Xper2Go Pvt. Ltd., a growing technology-driven service provider supporting the hospitality industry in the U.S., is looking for Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for catering to the majority of help-desk tickets.
- Excellent understanding of Network, Desktop and Applications.
- Responsible for automated jobs monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Provide excellent helpdesk support.
Requirements:
✅ Basic understanding of security applications.
✅ Hands on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
✅ Preferred certifications (MCITP \ O365 Administrator \ CCNA \ MCSE).
✅ Good Oral and Written communication skills.
✅ Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
✅ Experienced with Backup Solutions Technologies.
