Technical & Operational Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting site visits and surveys to assess customer needs and technical requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Provide on-site technical support, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth installation processes.
• Manage repair and maintenance activities as required.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide daily/weekly progress reports to management.

Sales Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Support Team Lead in client meetings when required.
• May be required to meet with potential clients to present company’s technical products (e.g., home automation, equipment).
• Understand client needs and design tailored technical solutions.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track opportunities using CRM tools (HubSpot, JIRA).
• Provide timely and professional follow-ups to client inquiries and concerns.
