💼 Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment (preferably technical hiring)

What You’ll Do:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles
• Manage the full recruitment cycle
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency, IT/Tech preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
