- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
