- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of core IT concepts (networking, infrastructure, virtualization, security).
- Ability to confidently discuss and align on technical terms with engineers and managers.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

- Coordinate technical projects and tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Serve as the link between leadership and technical teams.
- Track updates, prepare reports, and ensure clarity in technical documentation.
- Support technical discussions and escalate challenges to the right teams.
