𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Technical Analyst (Read the JD in detail before applying)

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Islamabad

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 & 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

 • Conduct a detailed analysis of IPDRs

 • Analyze Call Detail Records (CDRs) to identify patterns, anomalies and linkages

 • Support investigations related to fraud, cybercrime, misuse of telecom resources, and unauthorized advertising activities.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 & 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

 • Conduct detailed analysis of IPDRs

 • Analyze Call Detail Records (CDRs) to identify patterns, anomalies and linkages

 • Support investigations related to fraud, cybercrime, misuse of telecom resources, and unauthorized advertising activities.

𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

 • Analyze digital, print, and broadcast advertisement domains to detect misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized content.

 • Track advertisement campaigns, publisher behavior, and distribution networks

 • Prepare evidence-based technical reports to support legal, regulatory, and enforcement actions.

𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀:

 • Analyze network traffic, logs, and system data to identify suspicious activities or security incidents.

 • Work with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.

𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗧 & 𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗧:

 • Perform OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) collection and analysis using publicly available data sources, social media, forums, websites, and databases.

 • Conduct ADINT (Advertising Intelligence) to track ad placements, monetization channels, affiliate networks, and digital footprints.

 • Correlate OSINT, ADINT, network data, and CDR findings to build comprehensive assessments.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Strong understanding of IPDR framework.

 • Hands-on experience with CDR analysis and telecom-related datasets.

 • Solid knowledge of advertisement ecosystems, digital marketing platforms, and ad fraud concepts.

 • Proficiency in OSINT tools, techniques, and methodologies.

 • Familiarity with ADINT tools and ad-tech intelligence platforms.

 • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

 • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, or a related field.

 • 4–7 years of relevant experience in technical analysis, cyber investigations, telecom analysis, or intelligence roles.

 • Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory):

CEH, CHFI, OSCP

Network+ / CCNA

OSINT or Digital Forensics certifications
