BlueEX is hiring – Team Lead Warehouse (Lahore Office)

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and guide warehouse assistants in daily tasks (receiving, sorting, packing, dispatching).
* Allocate workload and monitor productivity of warehouse staff.
* Ensure parcels are handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time.
* Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure records are updated.
* Implement and enforce warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
* Coordinate with drivers, dispatch team, and operations for smooth deliveries.
* Identify process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.
* Train and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
* Prepare daily/weekly warehouse activity reports for management.
* Handle escalations, discrepancies, and parcel issues proactively.

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Intermediate with strong experience may be considered).
* Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Location: Lahore.
