We're Hiring – Talent Sourcing Specialist at Ciklum.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Islamabad
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3 - 5 years
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ 3-5 years of solid experience in 360° 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
✅ Strong sourcing skills using 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬.
✅ Prior experience in hiring for technical stacks such as .NET, DevOps, Java, and JavaScript.
✅ Hands-on experience with 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
