Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

- Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

- Maintain and update recruitment databases.

- Support employer branding and talent pipeline building activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
