📢 Job Opportunity – Supply Chain Supervisor

📍 Location: Landhi, Karachi

Sana Distributors (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to manage and oversee warehouse operations and fleet management, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch

 - Ensure accurate inventory control, stock movement, and reconciliation

- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure SOP compliance

- Plan, monitor, and control fleet operations and vehicle utilization

- Coordinate deliveries, route planning, and dispatch schedules

- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance

- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline in warehouse

- Prepare operational reports and KPIs for management

- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams

- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control

- Any additional supply chain or operational tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse & fleet management

- Strong understanding of inventory systems and logistics operations

- Hands-on experience managing teams and daily operations

- Good command of MS Excel and ERP systems

- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Location Preference:

Candidates residing nearby korangi, malir and landhi will be preferred.
