Supply Chain Specialist

Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist for Zeen (Womenswear Brand)

Required Education: Bachelor's or Master’s (preferably in Supply Chain Management)

Required Experience: 03 to 04 years experience preferably retail apparel

Job Role: It is about inventory management, inventory planning and monitoring the performance of assigned categories. It includes:

The assigned reasonability is to make the first the distribution of every product in the Zeen Brand through analyzing the previous sale trend as well as current inventory.

On daily basis, check the inventory of the particular co-brand of all our nationwide stores and do the necessary replenishment to fill the gap. Also complete the necessary shop and customer demand.

Follow up the merging and replenishment activity in order to achieve the desire goals.

Weekly prepare the performance report of the assigned category and analyze it and discus the key highlighting points with the concerned mechanizer and supply chain team too.

Monitor the sale report on daily basis and discuss the concerned points with the supply chain team at the end or start of the week. Also discuss the point with relevant ASM/ RSM and Branch Manager.

Responsible for the cutting ratio i.e., is the size wise requirement for the upcoming product. 

Responsible for the planning of sale and other campaigns and executing it to achieve the fruitful results. Required Skill Set: Strong know how of MS Excel Advance Level, Dashboards Execution, Reports Generation Live and Analysis Executions etc.)
