Supplier Dealing Executive (female)

Cova Retail is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Supplier Dealing Executive to join our operations team. This role involves managing order processing, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating rates, and maintaining accurate operational records to ensure smooth daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders accurately and on time.
Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, and dispatch timelines.
Negotiate rates and maintain professional supplier relationships.
Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand the supplier network.
Maintain and update Excel or Google Sheets with order and supplier data.
Ensure all records are organized and up to date.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good English written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Details:
Location: Nazimabad No. 4, Karachi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
