Store Officer

We're Hiring “Store Officer”

Requirements:

Qualification: B. Com / BA

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain domains. (Preferably of Technical store/ Warehouse)

Responsibilities:

•Store Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the technical store, including inventory control, order processing, and stock replenishment to ensure smooth functioning.

•Inventory Control: Implement and maintain an organized inventory control system to accurately track stock levels, identify shortages, and manage stock replenishment.

•Procurement: Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to identify, source, and purchase required materials, equipment, and tools for projects and departmental needs.

•Quality Control: Ensure that all incoming products and materials are of the required quality standards, inspecting and reporting any defects or discrepancies to suppliers as necessary.

•Vendor Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and prices for purchases.

•Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, transactions, and update inventory databases as needed.

•Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards within the technical store.

•Budgeting: Assist in budget planning for store operations, ensuring that expenditures are within allocated limits and identifying areas for cost optimization.

•Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels, sales, and other relevant metrics to management and technical department heads.

•Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and tools as required to ensure their longevity and usability.
