Position Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Lahore Solar Showroom. This role focuses on walk-in customer engagement, inventory management, sales performance, and smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee daily showroom operations
✔ Assist walk-in customers with product knowledge & professional service
✔ Manage inventory and maintain appealing product displays
✔ Achieve/exceed sales targets & drive team performance
✔ Prepare sales & operational reports (MS Excel)
✔ Coordinate with sales & support teams
✔ Ensure high standards of service & loss prevention
Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
🔹 3–5 years of retail/showroom sales experience (solar experience is a plus)
🔹 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
🔹 Energetic, sales-driven & goal-oriented
🔹 Must be based in Lahore
