Global Office World is seeking a Store Incharge to manage daily store operations, ensure proper inventory control, and support production & dispatch functions.

Position: Store Incharge

Location: Korangi Creek, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise daily store operations including receiving, storage, issuance, dispatch, and proper stacking of raw materials, accessories, and finished goods while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

-Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual systems, conduct regular physical counts, reconcile discrepancies, and implement FIFO to minimize wastage and damage.

-Monitor stock levels, verify Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs) & Material Issuance Notes (MINs), and coordinate with procurement for timely reorder requirements.

-Ensure smooth coordination with production and dispatch/logistics teams to guarantee timely supply and delivery of materials and finished furniture items.

-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store/inventory reports and ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s in Supply Chain / Business Administration (or equivalent).

-2–3 years of relevant experience (furniture/manufacturing preferred).

-Strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems & HSE standards.
