𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related technical field from HEC recognized university.

𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘

At least 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience with Flexcube development, PL/SQL development.

𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘 & 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦

➡️ Database skills – Flexcube extensibility framework development, Oracle DB along with SQL programming

➡️ Strong problem- solving skills along with the ability to work independently

➡️ Highly motivated with strong self-learning abilities.

➡️ Ability to read and understand a large and complex existing code-base, as well as investigate logs of complex cases.

➡️ Able to work equally well independently and part of a team

➡️ Excellent oral and written communication skills

𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗦 & 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

 

➡️ Deliver on goals as per the departmental strategy and targets

➡️ Prioritize and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle

➡️ Write well-designed, efficient code

➡️ Review, test and debug its own and team members’ code

➡️ Document development phases

➡️ Deliver to agreed SLAs & KPIs with stakeholders

➡️ Identify and implement process improvement initiative including standardization of process
