📍 Location: Johar Town, Lahore | 🕒 Full-Time

PureLogics is on the lookout for a Senior Finance Executive to join our growing team! If you're passionate about driving financial accuracy, insightful reporting, and strategic support across departments — we want to hear from you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
👉 Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
👉Finalize month-end & year-end reports in a timely manner
👉Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering) on financial transactions
👉Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-ups
👉Analyze financial trends using Google Sheets & Excel
👉Build dashboards & visual reports to support leadership decisions
👉Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
👉Handle bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and ensure regulatory compliance
👉Support client onboarding from a finance perspective, including billing structure setup
👉Stay updated with financial regulations and suggest process improvements

🧩 What We’re Looking For:
👉3–4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
👉Strong background in QBO, Excel, Google Sheets & PowerPoint
👉Excellent English communication skills
👉Detail-oriented with a sharp analytical mindset
👉Familiarity with U.S. tax compliance
👉Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
👉Experience in presenting financial data to senior management
