KIN Logistic Solutions is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding with strong knowledge of documentation and B/Ls manifestation.
Location: Karachi (On-site)
Shift Timing: 05:00 p.m. – 02:00 a.m.
Open Position: 01
Application Deadline: 08th April 2026
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations including shipment coordination.
* Prepare, review, and manage logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/Ls) and shipment manifests.
* Ensure timely and accurate manifestation of shipments in line with regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams for smooth execution of shipments.
* Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues or delays.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
* Up to 1.5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
* Strong understanding of logistics documentation and processes.
* Hands-on experience with Bills of Lading (B/Ls) and manifestation.
* Good coordination and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
