𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
-Supervise day-to-day production activities ensuring adherence to quality standards.
-Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
-Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.
-Ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
-Maintain accurate records and reports for production performance.

-Strong knowledge of packaging production processes.
-Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
