𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

As a Sr. Associate – Operations, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of mutual fund transactions, delivering a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and investors. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of unit management activities, including document review, transaction processing, MIS reporting, dispatches, and records management, while coordinating closely with branches, Sales, and the Head Office. The Sr. Associate also safeguards regulatory compliance (Offering Documents/KYC/AML), maintains operational excellence, and supports business growth through reliable service and strong controls.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

✔️ Transaction Intake & Logging: Receive and record all unit management transactions.

✔️ Document Review & Compliance: Review investor account-opening documents to ensure compliance with Offering Documents/KYC/AML requirements.

✔️ Issue Resolution: For any discrepancies, coordinate via email with the relevant distributor/sales originator and follow up until resolution.

✔️ MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily MIS of transactions and share as required.

✔️ Dispatches: Facilitate daily dispatches/statements/confirmations to investors.

✔️ Records Management: Coordinate with the record management & archiving partner (e.g., Allied Records) to maintain physical and scanned records of unit holders.

✔️ Controls & Checklists: Maintain operational checklists and an up-to-date tracker of discrepant documents

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

✔️ 1–3 years of relevant experience in mutual funds/asset management Operations and Registrar services.

✔️ Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and time management.
