SQA Engineer

Rendream is Hiring SQA Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated SQA Engineer professional with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.

- Perform detailed manual testing on various software applications, ensuring that all aspects of functionality are thoroughly evaluated.

- Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating closely with developers.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, providing constructive feedback on product features and potential areas of risk.

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.

- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QA documentation, including test plans, reports, and best practices.

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and practices, ensuring high standards are met across all phases of development.

- Collaborate with automation engineers to suggest and prioritize areas where automated testing can enhance test coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, preferably within an Agile development environment.

- Proficiency in test management tools bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and their respective QA processes.

- Experience in different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
