Hiring: Social Media Creative Designer (Part-time, Fully Remote - Pakistan only)

About KalPal:

KalPal is an AI-nutrition coach that makes healthy eating effortless and fun (no rigid counting, just gentle 1% better guidance every day).

We’re a lean, early-stage team looking for a skilled creative designer to produce high-impact short-form social content and drive organic growth.

Role Highlights:

- Part-time: 20-25 hours/week

- Produce 20-25 high-impact pieces/month (70-80% videos/Reels, 20-30% carousels/statics)

- Create engaging videos (screen recordings, stock footage, app demos, animations - no on-camera needed)

- Design graphics, motion graphics, infographics, hooks, on-screen text, and captions

- Work from provided themes (with room to suggest ideas)

- KPIs: Engagement rate, views, link clicks/installs → performance bonuses

Who We're Looking For:

- 2+ years in short-form social content (health/fitness/nutrition niche a big plus)

- Strong portfolio of engaging TikTok/Reels (graphics/motion-focused with proven results)

- Expert in CapCut/InShot, Canva, After Effects/Premiere (or equivalents)

Great visual storytelling

- Self-motivated, reliable, passionate about health/AI

- Own setup: reliable computer, internet, software

Compensation:

- Fixed: PKR 50,000/month

- Monthly performance commissions/bonuses (based on views, engagement, clicks/installs – uncapped upside!)

- Future: Top performers → full-time with higher pay, ESOP, benefits

This is an autonomous role with real impact, portfolio credit, and growth potential as we scale (seed round incoming).
