Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health & safety guidelines.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and minimize wastage.
• Prepare and submit shift reports, highlighting key operational updates and challenges.
