Global Smart Hands Limited is seeking a proactive & versatile Service Delivery & Operations Executive to support client-facing service delivery, international technical recruitment, & operational coordination across our managed IT services engagements.

The ideal candidate will handle client communication, manage service tickets, ensure SLA/NBD compliance, coordinate with global engineers & maintain smooth operations. Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

โ€ข Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding ongoing service tickets & support requests.

โ€ข Manage & monitor service tickets from initiation to closure, ensuring SLA and NBD compliance.

โ€ข Coordinate with field engineers & international partners for timely task execution.

โ€ข Handle escalations professionally & provide regular status updates to clients.

โ€ข Prepare service reports & maintain accurate documentation of completed jobs.

โ€ข Screen technical profiles & assess candidates based on project requirements.

โ€ข Conduct initial interviews & coordinate with management for final selection.

โ€ข Build & maintain a reliable network of freelance & contract-based engineers globally.

โ€ข Coordinate with logistics partners & warehouses for hardware movement & inventory updates.

โ€ข Maintain records of deployments, returns, & stock allocations.

โ€ข Support process improvements to enhance service efficiency & response times.

โ€ข Work closely with internal teams including finance & management to ensure smooth operations.

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

โ€ข 2โ€“5 years of experience in service delivery, IT operations, or technical recruitment.

โ€ข Strong communication and client-handling skills.

โ€ข Ability to manage multiple tasks & work under pressure.

โ€ข Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, & field support services is preferred.

โ€ข Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
