Job description.

• Responsible for coordinating the steady state service delivery to client accounts, promoting the continuous improvement of

productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Allocate appropriate resources for the assignments in line with customer service level agreements

• Work with the rest of the operational support teams to ensure the efficiency of our service

• Escalate any issues to a Senior Team Member where appropriate and in a prompt manner

• Understand the various software applications that are used to run the operation, many of which are unique to our environment.

• Ensure that accurate updates are made to the system to enable a thorough audit trail to be completed for all assignments.

• Focus on ensuring seamless delivery to all clients by administering and allocating workloads across the captioning

department.

• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer and facilitating the service delivery team day to day operations.

• Proactively manages change in scope, identifies.
