Senior Social Media Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Social Media Manager (Creator-Focused)

- Location: Remotely, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.

 

🔹 What You’ll Do:

- Own and execute a creator-first social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging platforms

- Develop viral-ready short-form content, including hooks, formats, and concepts

- Direct, capture, or create content with founders, creators, or internal talent

- Write high-performing captions, CTAs, hooks, and on-screen text

- Optimize posting schedules based on data and performance, not guesswork

- Analyze metrics (reach, retention, shares, saves, conversions) and iterate quickly

- Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and platform shifts

- Maintain brand voice while allowing room for creator authenticity

- Collaborate with paid ads, email, and sales teams

- Build scalable and repeatable content systems

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

- 4+ years of senior-level social media management experience

- Proven growth through content, not follower buying

- Strong understanding of the creator economy & short-form video

- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and hook-writing skills

- Comfortable working with founders and creators on camera

- Analytical mindset with fast execution

- Experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe, Canva, scheduling & analytics platforms

- Ability to work independently and fully own the role.

➕ Nice to Have:

- Experience turning organic content into paid ads.

- Background in creator brands, e-commerce, or media.

- Experience scaling accounts from zero.

- On-camera or talent-directing experience.
