Unity Foods Limited is currently hiring in the team of Marketing.

Position: Senior Social Media Executive – 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Execute social media content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Create content calendars aligned with marketing objectives, promotions, and product launches.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, retail operations) and external agencies for content creation.

Manage day-to-day posting, audience engagement, and community management.

Monitor trends in the FMCG and retail industry to produce relevant and timely content.

Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and campaigns.

Track KPIs and generate reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and brand sentiment.

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (e.g., contests, giveaways, user-generated content).

Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector

Strong knowledge of content trends and consumer behavior in the retail space

Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Urdu

Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
