NorthBay Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager (12+ years) with strong MSP / IT services experience to lead complex, multi-client technology initiatives in a fully remote environment. This role requires a hands-on delivery leader who owns outcomes end-to-end and thrives in SLA-driven engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full project lifecycle delivery for MSP engagements, including onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, security initiatives, and service transitions
• Drive execution across engineering, service desk, vendors, and third-party partners
• Manage schedules, budgets, RAID logs, risks, and status reporting
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to managed services operations
• Serve as the primary client-facing lead and manage stakeholder expectations
• Support pre-sales activities with estimates, timelines, and delivery approaches
Required Experience:
• 12+ years of hands-on project management in an MSP or IT services environment
• Proven success delivering multiple concurrent projects remotely
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in SLA- and contract-driven environments
