We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team.

The ideal candidate is a master of both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of building and scaling sophisticated web applications. You'll lead development projects, architect robust solutions, and mentor team members.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

* Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using the MERN stack and modern technologies.

* Back-End Architecture: Architect and implement secure, efficient back-end services with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and Supabase.

* Front-End Excellence: Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.

* System Analysis: Analyze and optimize application data flow, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot complex system-level issues for top reliability and performance.

* Code Quality & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior developers to build a culture of technical excellence.

* Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to turn business requirements into innovative technical solutions.

🧠 Qualifications and Skills

* Experience: 3-5 years of professional full-stack web development.

* Back-End Proficiency: Expert-level Node.js and Express.js, plus extensive work with NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases. Familiarity with BaaS like Firebase or Supabase is a strong plus.

* Front-End Proficiency: Mastery of React.js, Next.js, modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS), and component libraries.

* AWS/Cloud Expertise:

* Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.

* Strong understanding of core services like EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront.

* Ability to design scalable and secure cloud architectures.

* Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or GitHub Actions.

* Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments on AWS.

* Ability to troubleshoot performance, networking, and deployment issues in AWS environments.

* Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex architectures, diagnose data flow issues, and deliver effective fixes.

* Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking with a sharp eye for detail and quality.

* Leadership: Proven experience leading projects and mentoring developers.

* Tools: Proficient in Git for version control, RESTful APIs, and Agile environments.
