About the Company

We are a well-established and growing printing and packaging organization, committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. To support our expansion and enhance production efficiency, we are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our operations and production functions. 


Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for production planning, operations, and execution across printing and packaging units.

Ensure on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to quality standards.

Oversee flexo, digital printing, and packaging processes. 

Implement and monitor KPIs, SOPs, and productivity benchmarks.

Manage production teams, supervisors, and technical staff; ensure discipline and performance management.

Coordinate with sales, procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments.

Control production costs, wastage, and downtime.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and process optimization.


Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

10–15 years of relevant experience in the printing & packaging industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Strong technical knowledge of printing machines, packaging lines, materials, and workflows.

Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and team management capabilities.
