Job Summary:

Bright Ideas Communication is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design execution across multiple brands and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to guide junior designers while maintaining high creative standards for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of creative concepts for digital, social media, print, and branding projects.

Develop visually compelling designs aligned with client briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.

Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

Review, refine, and approve designs created by junior designers to maintain quality consistency.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Prepare final artwork for digital publishing and print production.

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Proven experience in branding, social media creatives, advertising campaigns, and print design.

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with marketing or advertising agencies.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Attention to detail with a creative and strategic mindset.
