Senior Executive - Textile Engineer

𝗨𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Senior Executive - Textile Engineer (Weaving Operations)

Key Responsibilities:
-Support and monitor day-to-day weaving operations to ensure efficient production and fabric quality.
-Assist in managing loom settings, changeovers, and resolving technical issues on the floor.
-Coordinate with production planning, quality, and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
-Monitor fabric defects and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with the quality team.
-Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
-Maintain production data, shift reports, and performance metrics.
-Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction.
-Support team training and skill development in weaving techniques and process control.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (specialization in Weaving preferred).
- 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in weaving operations, loom handling, and fabric production.
-Solid understanding of weaving machinery, yarn types, fabric construction, and process flows.
-Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and operational efficiency.
-Ability to work in a team environment and manage tasks under pressure.
-Familiarity with production reporting and basic troubleshooting of weaving issues.
