Hamdard Pakistan is hiring: Senior Executive – Sales Operations
Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end sales order processing, inventory availability, timely deliveries, accurate billing, and reconciliations. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process sales orders in ERP as per approved commercial terms
• Verify customer data, pricing, discounts, and tax details
• Coordinate with Sales for order clarifications
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics for dispatch
• Prepare delivery documents and generate sales invoices
• Perform sales, delivery, and invoice reconciliations
• Coordinate with Accounts for revenue and customer ledger reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, controls, and audit requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations / Order Processing / AR
Skills:
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Preferred:
• Experience in FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Distribution companies
• Exposure to tax documentation and statutory invoicing
