Position: Senior Executive - Quality Control (Knits Garments)
📍 Location: Site-2, Near Ahsan Abad, Super Highway, Karachi
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – QC (Knits Garments) to ensure product quality across all stages of knit garment manufacturing in an export-oriented setup.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ In-line, end-line & final inspections (cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, packing)
✔ Ensure compliance with buyer specs, AQL standards & quality protocols
✔ Defect analysis, root cause identification & CAPA implementation
✔ Quality floor monitoring & SOP compliance
✔ QC reporting & dashboards using Power BI & Excel
✔ Support buyer audits, PP meetings, sample & pre-final approvals
✔ Drive continuous improvement to reduce rejections & wastage
Required Skills:
🔹 Strong knowledge of knit garment production & QC systems
🔹 Hands-on experience with AQL & buyer-specific requirements
🔹 Mandatory: Power BI & Excel reporting skills
🔹 ERP & digital quality monitoring exposure
🔹 Knowledge of fabric/garment testing is a plus
Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s / Associate degree in Textile or related field
🧵 3–5 years QC experience in Knits Garments (Export-oriented)
