Haris & CO is looking for a talented Senior Executive (Accounts & Payroll) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
π Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time.
βοΈ Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
πΌ Maintain detailed and up-to-date employee financial records.
π Support financial reporting, audits, and related documentation.
π° Daily cash disbursement, prepare cheques, and make IBFTs as per approved fund demands
π§Ύ Booking of cash and bank payment vouchers
π¦ Bank reconciliations
π Update daily bank position and close cash-in-hand report
Requirements:
π Bachelorβs/Masterβs in Accounting, Finance, or related field
πΌ 3β4 years of relevant experience (Accounts & Payroll)
π» Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting software
π Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
