We are seeking a Senior E-commerce PPC Specialist to lead our paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, and Amazon. 

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven PPC Ads Expert, responsible for managing substantial budgets and transforming ad spend into profitable revenue. A strong understanding of the "creative hook" that engages customers is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Multi-Channel Strategy: Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across Google Search, Shopping (PMAX), Meta Ads (DPA), and Amazon Advertising.

- Feed Management: Oversee and optimize the Google Merchant Center and product feeds to ensure high-quality data and zero "disapproved" items.

- Continuous Optimization: Perform daily bid adjustments, keyword harvesting, and negative keyword scrubbing to maintain a healthy ROAS.

- A/B Testing: Run rigorous tests on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates (CR) and Click-Through Rates (CTR).

- Inventory Alignment: Coordinate with the operations team to scale ads for high-stock items and pause spend on low-stock/out-of-stock products.

- Performance Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) to report on North Star metrics like MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) and CAC.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC specifically for e-commerce brands (Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).

- Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (Certified), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of tracking pixels, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and server-side tracking.

- Math-Minded: Ability to calculate break-even ROAS on the fly and understand the impact of discounts on net margins.

- Creative Intuition: Ability to brief designers on high-performing "direct response" video and static creatives.
