We’re Hiring: Senior Creative Manager
📍 Lahore (Remote) | Karachi (Onsite)
Digitz Private Limited is looking for a Senior Creative Manager who lives and breathes ideas. If you enjoy building strong concepts, shaping campaigns, and leading creative teams, this role might be for you.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Lead ideation and concept development across multiple brands
- Create strong IMC campaigns that connect across platforms
- Work closely with the ACD to shape campaign direction
- Manage day-to-day workflow of the creative team
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of creative output
- Contribute to pitches, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions
What We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an advertising agency (conventional or digital)
- Strong grip on ideation, concept development, and integrated campaigns
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Ability to guide and mentor a team while staying hands-on creatively
- Clear communication and presentation skills
